Super Cute and Easy to do Nail Ideas!

Hey Ladies,

Yes I am a slacker as always it seems I get off track with my extremely busy life, so yes I am back! I am also needing an out of sorts something to take my mind off my own life and this blog is where I'm doing this! :)

So I am going to show you a few fun nail ideas I have found from pinterest, that are also easy to do!

Nails!

Small Glitter Stroked Nails, so fun and simple! 

Glitter Tip Nails. So cute for prom or a party! 

Mica Nails so easy and fun! All you need is mica powder and a nail polish!

Really pretty nude nails! Simple can be best!

My Everyday Hair Look!

Everyone has one look that they do with their hair on an everyday basis. Usually it is how their hair is naturally, my hair is naturally straight as a stick so that's how I wear it! I am going to give you step by step directions on how I do my hair everyday!

Tools

• Blow Drier 
• Brush 
• Round Brush 
• Flat Iron
• Wide Tooth Comb
• Large Clip

Products

• Clear: Strong Lengths Shampoo
• Three Minute Miracle 
• It's a 10
• Matrix Design Pulse: Thermo Glide
• Aquage: Finishing Spary

Instructions

1. Wash hair with Strong Lengths Shampoo, rinse it out!! ;)
2. Condition with Three Minute Miracle (rinse) 
3. When you get out of the shower towel dry you hair some, then apply It's A 10 and use your wide tooth comb to comb through your hair. 
4. Apply Matrix Thermo Glide to your ends (ONLY YOUR ENDS)
5. Flip your head over and start drying your hair when your hair is 70-80% dry pull up over half of it and use your Round Brush to blow it out. *finish each section like this (if your hair has layers section off at them if not you can section it however you like!) 
6. When hair is completely dry spray on  Aquage: Finishing Spray all over your hair.
7. Warm up your flat iron and just flat iron the ends of your hair to "smooth it out" and make it look less frizzy. 
8. Spray hair spray on your brush and then comb it through your freshly straightened hair a few times. 
9. YOU'RE DONE!! :)

 Benefits: Stay Don't Stray!

A few years ago I discovered the Benefit counter in a Belk department store and bought some lip glosses and mascara. With my purchase I also got two samples one was a blush and the other was Stay Don't Stray! This is when I fell in love with Stay Don't Stray, it is in my opinion the BEST primer out there I love it! I keeps my eye shadow on ALL day long and it makes all the colors look great! But this is NOT a review, so I am just going to tell you how I use it! Everyday when I put my makeup on I put a very small amount of it on my lid and then apply ANY shadow on my lids. It works perfect you can also use it as a concealer. The packaging on all Benefit products are super cute also!! You should definatly try this product out because it's one I live by!

Review:

Every time I run out of shampoo I buy a different kind I always buy an inexpensive brand at wal-mart or target. The reason I do this is because if I use the same kind of shampoo for more than a bottle my hair gets use to it and it's less effective in cleaning my hair. As I was walking through wal-mart a few weeks ago I saw this shampoo on the shampoo isle. There was a sign above it that said something along the lines of "NEW TO THIS STORE" so of course knowing me I had to check it out. My hair is long so I decided the strong lengths was the right choice for me. Not only does this shampoo smell great it has done wonders to my hair! I love it so much it makes my hair feel strong and less likely to break off. Plus I've found that it paired with Aussie 3 minute miracle (which I did a review on that you can look at HERE) it works super well! My hair also seems to stay cleaner longer. I also noticed that the shampoo makes my hair look sleeker and like it has less breakage. I have been using for over seven days and it can honestly say that it has made my hair seem stronger. Also my hair isn't oily looking which is a big problem for me, I've used a few shampoos that make my hair so soft that it looks oily and dirty in within hours. With this shampoo it hasn't which is great! All in it a great product and I would recominde it to anyone who has long hair!

Entertainment Monday #11

We first saw Miley Cyrus on the television screen at the young age of 12 starring as Miley/Hannah in the Disney show Hannah Montana. Since then Cyrus has done many controversial things in the entertainment business, but even if you act like you hate her it would be hard because she is so easy to relate to from growing up in Hollywood to her parents divorce being very public. You have to give her credit for keeping it together and not falling completely apart. Cyrus has been in lots of movies like The Last Song, The Hannah Montana Movie, and her latest LoL by the way if you haven't seen LoL you should it was a GREAT movie! Cyrus has also had a career in music putting out the records Can't Be Tamed, The Time of our Lives, and Breakout.

Going Back to School Look

As August comes around so does school.. sadly. Even though I love going to school I can't help feeling a little resentive about going back. Going back means I have to start getting up at 6:00 A.M. and act half awake throughout my classes. The great thing about going back to school is.. YES you get to wear all your new clothes!! :) That is a wonderful up side! Today I thought I would show you what I am going to wear on my first day!! :)

So I wore a super cute floral shirt and skinny jeans and brown boots!! :)

Review: Aussie 3 Minute Miracle

I haven't done a review for sometime now and so I thought it would be the perfect time to do one!

What Aussie Says:

Repair and revive your dry damaged hair with this intense, 3-minute hair conditioner by Aussie. 3-minute miracle is a pH balanced treatment formulated with tea tree oil to deep moisturize and reconstruct the hair strand for hair that is smooth, soft, and and full of shine. Great for use on chemically treated hair. 

How to Use:

Work conditioner through clean, wet hair and leave on 1-3 minutes. Rinse with warm water. For extra shine, follow with a cool water rinse. Use daily or as often as needed! 

Review:

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is maybe one of my favorite products of all time. My hair is always damaged from swimming and plus its long so that means its older haha. The product is a conditioner that you leave on for 3 minutes (I know your thinking DUUUUHHHH ;)) it deep conditions to help mend damaged ends and keep your hair soft and silky. I have to say that Aussie might actually have a miracle in a bottle I was watching a video on YouTube one day and the girl said that she used this product all the time, I was running low on conditioner and I thought "why not!" After using this product once I decided I was in love. Not only does it help me comb through my naturally ratty hair it keeps it moisturized but not to the point its greasy! Which lets just face it is hard to do with conditioners. I've had many problems in the past with getting hair products that don't even help my hair stay clean, which is never fun. The bottle is also really nice there is no lid so you have not chance of breaking it, I think that's the best thing ever! Plus it stands up so you always use as much as you possibly can. To sum this up its a great product it helps your hair and it upholds its standards! It may not be the best product for everyone but let me tell you its saved me lots of time and money on expensive products!! :)

Before School Haul.

To be completely honest with you all I love shopping I love buying new clothes and love wearing new clothes! Most of all I love blogging to you about my recent purchases whatever they may be.. ;) Last week I took a small trip to my Aunts and I... went shopping multiple times. Emma Roberts! 

I was searching for a lovely star to do my Entertainment Monday on this week and couldn't think of anyone right off the bat, which is strange for me! After searching around the internet for a while I decided on the beautiful Emma Roberts. Roberts is the niece of the iconic star Julia Roberts, and in my opinion looks a lot like her! Emma has starred in movies like Valentine's Day, Nancy Drew, and my personal favorite The Art of Getting By which if you get the chance you should watch it is a GREAT movie!

Being Healthy!!

Don't give up what you want most for what you want at the moment..

Life is full of choices; what to wear, when to get up in the morning, what to eat, or when to work out. You make simple decisions like these everyday, few simple differences in your daily life can change you permenatly for good! When I was younger I didn't have any concept of control with food and I didn't understand how important being fit was. As I've gotten older I realized that I needed to watch what I eat and make it a priority to run, swim, lift weights, or just do some kind of exercise. I'm sure you think I'm not being truthful and that I'm actually a naterally slim person or that I don't have to work for it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Don't get me wrong I'm not model skinny or perfect but no one is. My life decision was simple, be healthy do the things that are good for me. After doing these things I even noticed that my skin was less blothcy and doesn't break out.

What I Do

• Drink water EVERYDAY!
• No processed food, that means organic or home rasied (yes you can buy veggies from wal-mart or any other grocery store)
• Small amounts of dairy products
• No fried food (I prefer grilled chicken and fish)
• Also I try not to eat red meat.

Yes I know that it sounds so hard but its really easy and I actually love it! I feel so healthy all the time! :)

In reality you should wear exactly what YOU want, not what everyone else does! You may think people will make fun of you but they won't they will just notice you more! :)

See I'm the girl that doesn't wear t-shirts to school because 1. I think you should look like you actually tried to look nice when you go somewhere! 2. I don't feel like wearing a t-shirt that's just not what I like wearing unless I'm chilling in my house or being lazy ETC. Be the girl that YOU want to be! And no one else! :)

Anne Hathaway! 

As you may know Anne Hathaway has been in the public eye lately from starring in the new batman movie to her shocking new haircut, you just don't know what she might do next. Hathaway is very easy to relate to because she has a normal persona that makes her more likable, but that is my opinion! She has starred in movies like The Princess Diaries, The Devil Wears Prada, and Get Smart which she did a wonderful job in all! I absolutely love the movie The Devil Wears Prada it is so very funny! Ok lets get to one of my favorite outfits she has worn for summer! :)

My Latest Summer Outfit!

So this weekend my cousin is having a birthday party! I had to think long and hard about what I was going to wear! (boys have no idea how much thought goes into just one party outfit!!) I wanted to wear something casual but would still maybe catch someones eye! ;)

My Favorite Summer..

Makeup/Face Products

I know lots of bloggers in the blogging community are doing something similar to this and no I am not copying them I just thought it would be loads of fun to show you lovelies some of my favorite summer products and this week I'm doing my favorite summer makeup/face products! I have become a stickler (very persistent) with my face cleaning, taking off my makeup, and being good to my skin etc. I love lots of different products but these are my all time FAVS!

• Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing lotion- I use this twice a day everyday!
• Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes- I use these to take my makeup off also everyday! 
• Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads- I use these after I take my makeup off to clean my face/
• Maybelline Great lash clear mascara- I love this because if you sweat or get wet then you don't have black all over your face! 
• Clean&Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment- I use this when I get those annoying pimples in the summer! :\
• NYC Sun 'n' Bronze Bronzing Powder in the shade "Hamptons radiance"- I use this everyday so my face has some "glow"!

I use these products all the time! In the summer I am pretty lazy with the makeup, when I'm just going to be home all day or run to the store. Even though your being lazy you defiantly need to keep your face super clean! :)
